Founded in 2017, the Native Canoe Program is housed in the Department of American Indian Studies at the Twin Cities campus, and operates out of a refurbished shipping container, facing the boat launch, to and from which we seek to build proper relations for engaged community research, teaching, and learning on and off campus.
